The Brief
Vitzi Kids is owned by an established pharmaceutical group who needed a specialist medicine packaging agency to create a standalone consumer brand – with its own name, identity, characters, and packaging system. Warm and approachable enough for children. Compliant and credible enough for the pharmacy shelf.
Children’s medicine is dominated by brands that have been on the pharmacy shelf for decades. Brands with deep parental trust built over generations. The challenge isn’t just compliance – it’s credibility. A new brand has to earn trust that its competitors have had thirty years to build.

Enough personality to stand on its own as a consumer brand – and enough structure to sit alongside the medicine category’s established names without looking out of place. Distinctive enough to stand out, considered enough to be taken seriously.
Characters With Real Benefits
At the heart of the Vitzi Kids brand is a cast of bespoke character illustrations.
Each character is designed around a specific benefit – brain development, immune support, growth and development – making complex health claims immediately legible to both children and parents.
As a medicine packaging agency, we know that characters in children’s health products aren’t decoration. They’re a navigation and recognition system – both in store, and in cupboard.
The Outcome
Vitzi Kids launched with a brand that makes a child want to take their medicine, and gives a parent a reason to trust it. The character illustration system creates immediate shelf standout, the benefit hierarchy makes navigation effortless, and the packaging holds pharmaceutical credibility without sacrificing warmth.
